Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and shipping every order, but if something goes wrong, we'll take care of it.
How to report: If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Important note: If the package arrives visibly damaged, please accept it with a reserve and have the courier make a note. This will help us process your claim more quickly.
Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement of the item, depending on availability. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds and Non-Refundable Items
Refund methods and timing: Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 14 business days according to the following methods:
Store Credit Refund: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of your refund, which will be available in your account within 48 hours of the refund approval notification.
Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay Purchases: The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Standard waiting times are 5-10 business days.
PayPal Purchases: The refund will be credited to your PayPal account. Standard waiting times are 3-5 business days.
Gift Card Purchases: The refund will be issued via a new gift card for the corresponding value.
Original Shipping Cost: For returns related to the right of withdrawal ("changed your mind"), we will refund the cost of the item and the original shipping cost, limited to the standard shipping rate.
Non-refundable items: Due to their nature, gift cards are non-refundable.
