Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over €60.

We are committed to processing and shipping your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Once the package is in the hands of the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase, before it is shipped. Once the order has been handed to the courier, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. Instead, you can use our return policy, which gives you 14 days from the date of package receipt to make a return. For more details, we invite you to consult our Return Policy.

Estimated delivery times, from the moment of shipping, are 1-5 business days.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship only to the countries listed in the tables below. We do not ship to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Cyprus, or any other countries not included in the list.
